Xiah expressed, “BoA was a pioneer in Japan. We want to thank her because we couldn’t have had our career in Japan if it weren’t for her. We don’t think we’re the best. There are still so many things we would like to try in the future.”
Max, the youngest in the group, also gave a piece of his mind to the thousands of fans in front of him and said, “It’s a mistake for us to be called as the pioneer (on Japan debut). Our seniors like H.O.T and BoA are the pioneers and we are just doing our best to respect the foundation they have laid.”
He continued, “As seniors, we would like to be a role model. It’d be great if other junior singers could build more achievements on the foundation.”
“In Korea, we also had good luck and we were able to meet a good staff and to receive lots of support. When we came to Japan, we had a frame of mind that we’re ‘rookie singers’. Even though we’re securely and continuously working our way up, we would like to think that we’re still ‘rookie singers’,” said U-Know.

"TVXQ is the energy of Korean citizen", said by Lee Soo Man!"
Lee Soo Man, the manager of SM Entertainment talked about this on ahead the First Arena Tour Concert "TVXQ 3rd LIVE TOUR 2008 ~T~" 16th public performance at the media conference on 5th May in Japan.
"With just 3 years into the Japanese market, Dong Bang Shin Ki has been the energy of Korea and its citizens. [I think he is trying to meet pride of the citizens?]
Dong Bang Shin Ki has topped last months' Oricon Weekly Single Chart and he commented that "this is the 2nd time that Dong Bang Shin Ki break the record, they are leading with these impressive results among the singers who ventured overseas market".
"We see that with the strong competition between the 2, it is not easy as female solo singers and male group singers in the industry. And Dong Bang Shin Ki can do so well in Asia, they are the energy of the country and its citizens, isn't it?"
"BoA is like the artiste who represents our Korean citizens. Now Dong Bang Shin Ki is also doing that. Artistes who venture markets abroad makes us proud to appear as Koreans".
Lee Soo Man then envisions Asia magnifying its talents to the whole world. And he hopes that this will very soon take forms.

TVXQ expressed its gratitude to BoA during its “3rd LIVE TOUR 2008 ~T~” concert at the Saitama Arena last May 5.Xiah expressed, “BoA was a pioneer in Japan. Yoo Young Jin praises BoA & TVXQ

SM Entertainment’s hitmaker Yoo Young Jin (38) praised BoA and TVXQ in an interview with Yonhap News and said that the former has surpassed his expectations and how hard-working TVXQ is. “BoA’s special ever since I gave her her debut song ‘ID;PeaceB.’ I made that song and although I let her listen to the demo track, I hadn’t arranged how it was going to be interpreted. We recorded the song 3 days later and the result was beyond what I had envisioned. BoA’s ability to interpret a song is excellent. BoA is still evolving,” Yoo Young Jin said.
“TVXQ’s been flying back and forth between Korea and Japan and in a year, they get to rest for only a week. The group’s vocal abilities have improved quickly considering how tired the members are,” Yoo Young Jin evaluated.
He also shared during the interview that he occasionally teaches TVXQ members on writing songs and advises them that writing songs is not about wanting it to be the title song of an album.

Boa & JunSu to do CF together...

SportsKhan, a Korean media outlet, reports that BoA will be appearing in a new advertisement campaign for Samsung Anycall, alongside with Xiah Junsu, Tablo and Jin Bora, a young piano wonder. According to the report, BoA and the rest of the cast have already finished shooting the new advertisement in Brazil and have all returned back to Korea.
The new advertisement will likely be released in a series of music videos, as with AnyCall's past advertisement campaigns such as AnyMotion and AnyClub. Supposedly, the music videos will focus on each cast's talent, and the successes that they each have accomplished in their own fields.
The report does not mention whether or not BoA will completely replace Lee Hyori as the main female spokesperson for Anycall, perhaps the most coveted position in Korean marketing industry, since there still are three months left in Lee Hyori's contract with Samsung.
Either way, if the report turns out to be true, this will be a very impressive addition to BoA's ever-growing resume of advertisement campaigns, which includes Olympus and Levi's.

Xiah Junsu for Anycall and TVXQ in Paris

BoA, Xiah Junsu & Tablo of Epik High were selected as Samsung Anycall’s New CF Models.
Recently they travelled to Brazil to do filming and returned on the 13th, with Junsu joining his band mates in Paris.
A rep for Anycall stated that BoA, Xiah Junsu, Tablo & pianist prodigy Jin BoRa were the four that selected and also hinted that they will be models in the new music video & CF production. Going with the theme of Gifted Characteristics; the rep went on to say they will show their distinguish gifted characteristics in various CF series.
In other news, earlier this week TVXQ arrived in Paris, France for a yet unknown reason. Rumors are flying about calling it a photo shoot for a new photo book or album cover to a well deserved vacation. We can only wait for official word. Angel voice Xiah Junsu was not present with his band members when they arrived due to his shooting for his part in the new Anycall CFs.
